Micro Bull's Blood is very small in size, with a small stem and two elongated, ovate leaves. Stems are bright red color which gradually fades into green, smooth leaves. The upper surface of the leaf is a dusty green tinged in red while the underside is a light burgundy with deep magenta veining. Leaves and stems are tender, crunchy, and sweet! Present a distinctly earthy, nutty, and beet-like flavor similar to that of spinach.
